VANCOUVE: Prime Minister Kim Campbell vowed sweeping reforms to give the country back to the people, Speaking before a Kiwawa luncheon crowd of 750, Kim pledged to prevent MP’s from collecting pensions before age 55, create a more Open budget, opening the government jobs to all Canadians and subjecting the appointments to Parliamentary approval. Outlining her proposed pension reforms she said, “When we ask Canadians to tighten their belts, we should look at our own belts first.”
