PUNE: Prime Minister Chander Shekhar said here that Punjab border with Pakistan would be sealed by March
Addressing a Press conference the Prime Minister said that integrity, severeignity and dignity of the nation would not be compromised during the negotiations with Punjab militants, if and when held. He ‘Aid not rule out the possibility of amendments to the Constitution put firmly added that the Constitution could not be abrogated.
