SRINAGAR: India has mined the border with the Pakistan in parts of Kashmir, according to J & K Director-General, Police, J.N. Saksena. The mines would also be laid along the Jammu- Pakistan region of the international border. The step aims at stopping the movement of Kashmir militants on the border. Under international law, a country mining the border is required to make its action public.
