MUNICH Germany: A bomb exploded outside a building in Munich Housing NATO Offices and the Bavarian Agency for environmental protection police said

No one was hurt in the blast but the building was damaged a police spokesman said.

The precise target of the bomb was not immediately clear as no one claimed responsibility he added. The bomb exploded at 1.48 am.

One week ago a car bomb exploded outside West Germans Domestic Security and Counter Expionage Agency in Cologne. Slightly injuring one person and causing extensive damage.

A group called itself the Fighting Unit Christos Isoutsouvis Claimed responsibility for that attack on the building of the federal office for the protection of the Constitution saying it was part of a war against West European Security Organizations.

The federal prosecutor’s office in Karlsruhe said that group was linked to the Red Army faction Urban Guerrilla Organization.
