SHIMLA: Kalpa the headquarter Of tribal district of Kinnaur and its Surrounding ranges experienced “black rain” on April 21 last delayed reports said here Thursday.
The local meteorological office which recorded 0.9 mm of rain had sent sample for testing to hydro meteorological observatory the reports said.
