ISLAMABAD: Pakistan premier Benazir Bhutto is likely to embark on her deferred tour of Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and the United Arab Emirates from July 10.

Bhutto had postponed her visit earlier this month following resurgence of ethnic violence in Sindh province.

Bhutto who received a lukewarm response on her eight nation tour last month and failed to elicit support to Pakistan’s demand for a plebiscite in Kashmir will make another attempt to get the backing of the influential Muslim states.

She is expected to repeat charges of atrocities by Indian forces in Jammu and Kashmir.
