CHANDIGARH: Speaking in the Budget session of the Punjab Assembly, Punjab Chief Minister, Mr, Sujit Singh Bamala, accused the central government of backing out from the Raju Longwall accord. He informed the House that the Center had refused to furnish “full lists of these who had left the army in the wake of operation Blue Star and had also gone back ‘on the promise of rehabilitating them, These conditions were specifically laid down in the accord, Mr. Barnala said that he had received a small list and beyond that nothing had been done.
