STOCKTON: S. Raghwinder Singh Aulakh and Sardarni Gurdial Kaur Aulakh hosted a dinner to celebrate the first birth anniversary of their grandson Jaspal Aulakh son of Surinder Singh and Sukhwinder Kaur on October 29, 1988 at the Mexican club at Stockton. The relatives and friends responded to their invitation in large numbers. The specious hall was full to the capacity. The famous Punjabi Cultural troupe “Sangeet group” was in attendance. They entertained the guests with their melodious folk songs. Some young, boys and girls took to the floor and danced to the tunes of their orchestra to make this evening unforgettable.

Later the guests were entertained to a sumptuous dinner.

Aulakhs were the first Sikh family to select Stockton as their residence when they migrated in 1957. They always offered a willing helping hand to every Sikh migrant who opted for central valley. Their helping nature and close friendly ties could be judged from all the comers of California State.

The Aulakhs donated $100.00 to the World Sikh News on this occasion.

The World Sikh News wishes a long and happy life to Master Aulakh, Jaspal Singh.
