CANADA: Licutant Arvinderpal S. Aujla (Canada Navy) son of S. Sainam Singh & Sardarni Paramjit Kaur and the Grandson of S, Lachman Singh Aujla was married to Enreeth Kaur she is the daughter of S. Paramjit Singh and Sardarni Harbans Kaur Grewal of B.C, Canada. They were wed on May 20.
1995 at Gurdwara Gur Sikh Sangat Hamilton Ontario. S. Lachman Singh Aujla gave his blessings to the couple at the ceremony of Anand Karaj at the Gurdwara. The marriage ceremony was attended by more than 400 families of Ontario and B,C. Canada, also by many distinguished guests from India, England and USA. Our respected Guests S. Didar Singh Bains, Into President W.S.O. and Hon. S, Gurbax Singh Malhi, M.P. of Canada gave their blessings to the couple. S. Gurbax Singh Malhi presented a Marriage proclamation on behalf of the Govt. of Canada. Besides this Hon. Datak S.
Mahma Singh member of Parliament of Malaysia sent his blessings to the couple.
As the bridge and groom arrived at the Banquet Hall a Scottish Bagpipe Band announced their presence. Following this the fellow officers of the Canadian Navy gave a guard of honor with crossed swords which lasted 10 minutes and thereafter the couple took their seats at the Head Table, Arvinderpal’s younger brother Mr. Rupinder S, Aujla performed the M.C. duties in an emotional presentation. Relatives included Arvinderpal’s uncle S. Paramjit Singh and Sardarni Gurbrinder Kaur Aujlaand their daughters Jasleen and Moneek. Bibi Mohinder Kaur and her husband S. KalwinderS Sunner (dauchter & son-in-law) of S. Lachman Singh Auijla worth notable in this wedding. The list also includes relatives and friends of the Auila’s. Grewal. Gill’s and the Jouhal family. ‘The grandparents on the maternal side named $. Lachman Singh Jouhal (India) and his younger brother Mr, & Mrs. Teja Singh Jouhal, a very leading Businessman of USA honored us by their presence. The other notable families are the Sunners, Cheems, Gill, Dhariwal, Deols and Randhawas and many others. The Aujla’s and the Grewal’s families extend many thanks to all the distinguished guests and families who participated in the Wedding of Arvinderpal and Enreeth.
