Viruses do not threaten human beings alone. Computers are also prone to them. The infection starts through floppy diskettes and other external sources and sneaks into, computers. Floppies being exchanged constantly, a virus can replicate itself thousand fold within: a few days. Fifth Generation Software Private Ltd has come up with an antivirus kit which promises to guard IBM PCs and compatibles specially adapted for South-east Asian countries. It detects and stops all known (about 3000 of them) or unknown viruses at a fast execution speed. It is claimed to be the only genuine antivirus shield which can be installed as a device driver or as a TSR. Its advanced decision making capability requires no unnecessary interaction.
