KURALI: Captain Amarinder Singh who heads Akali Dal (Panthic) in a statement here said that he would rather quit Punjab than stay here in the event of Mr Simranjit Singh Mann becoming Chief Minister of the State. Amarinder Singh said that Mann was most unpredictable and none could vouchsafe what was in his mind. During the past 10 months he had changed his stand 10 times. That made his position most ridiculous he said.
