LUCKNOW (PTI): Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court M.K.Mookherji August 6 rejected an application seeking transfer of all cases related to the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid issue in Ayodhya north India’s Uttar Pradesh to the Allahabad high court and trial of the same by a single judge. The aforesaid orders were passed on an application moved by Deoki Nandan Agarwal, a plaintiff in one of the said cases.
The transfer application was moved on the ground that the said cases were not receiving required attention from the special full bench in Lucknow.
