New Delhi: A deputation five Akali M.P.S. led by Mr. Balwant Singh Ramoowalia, their leader in the lok Sabha, met the speaker, Mr. Balram Jakhar on Dec. 4, and brought to this notice that venomous propaganda was being carried out through leaf lets. The Akali M.P.S. also met the Union Home Minister, Mr. S.B. Chavan, who assured them that he would take up the issue with the state governments concerned and ask them to curb this mischief with a strong hand. The speaker while expressing his deep concern over the matter requested the Union Home Minister to take every Possible step to ensure peace and security to all sections of the society. Mr. Ramoowalia urged the government to take steps to prevent the flow of contaminated water.
