NEW DELHI: The chairman cum managing director (CMD) of India’s domestic Indian Airlines, R Prasad, has resigned with immediate effect on “moral grounds” following Wednesday’s crash of the Airbus A320 at the southern Indian city of Bangalore that killed 90 people.
