The most sacred and highest democratic politico-religious congregation of the Sikhs held at their Sanctum Sanctorum Sri Akal Takhat Sahib on April 13 1986 in a unanimous “Gurmata” (resolution ) appeals to your honor to appoint “FIVE” MEMBER COURT” of highly qualified judicial personalities from different countries on the pattern of Nuremberg Court which tried the Hitlerite Nazi Criminals of the 2nd World War to try the late prime minister Indira Gandhi the present prime minister of India Mr. Rajiv Gandhi the present president of India Mr. Zail Singh the Union Home Minister of India Mr. Narsimaha Rao the former Chief of Army Staff General Vaidya and the present Chief of Army Staff General Sumderji on the charges of mass murder of the Sikhs within Sri Harimandir Sahib in June 1984 and outside Punjab in November 1984. We are ready to supply needed material for the purpose.
