NEW DELHI (PTI): A.S.Syali has been appointed secretary in the cabinet secretariat.
Syali will succeed J.S. Bedi, who is superannuating at the end of this month, a home ministry spokesman said.
K.N.Daruwala has been appointed chairman of the joint intelligence committee in the cabinet secretariat. This post has been lying vacant for something, the spokesman said.
