NEW DELHI(PTI):The Delhi High Court will hear a public interest writ petition seeking registration of criminal case and arrest of Punjab police chief K. P.S. The petition has raised two substantial questions of law first whether the police chief of a state is immune from police action for an offence committed at his behest by his subordinate officials and secondly whether the police of one state can arrest and assault the citizens of another state
