CHANDIGARH: Punjab School Education Board Chairman Hamarinder Singh has made a written complaint against Punjab Advocate General GK Chatrath to Chief Minister Beant Singh. According to the complaint Chatrath was invited to the Board Office at Mohali for a meeting as he is a nominated member of the Board. Once at the Board office insisted that he would meeting only in the office of the Chairman and abused the personal staff of the Chairman for not paying proper attention to him
