LUDHIANA: Four policemen, including Dilbagh Singh, ASI in charge of the police chowkion Tibba Road, were arrested here for allegedly causing the death of a migrant worker. The policemen have been arrested under sections 304 IPC. Mehboob Ali, a migrant worker was allegedly taken away in a Maruti car last week by some policemen from his house on Tibba Road. The policemen dory his dead body back outside his house. Residents of the area and Muslims living in the locality blocked vehicular traffic for about two hours to seek the arrest of the policemen, Mr, Anil Kumar Sharma, ‘SSP, who reached the spot, said that a case had been registered on the complaint of Mohammad Iqbal in the Sadar police station.
