COLOMBO: Sri Lanka last week rushed a high-level team to Pakistan to make urgent purchases for its armed forces, government sources said.
The team comprising military experts flew to the Pakistani capital Islamabad in a special Air Force plane to buy, among other things, military hardware urgently required by the troops.
