CHANDIGARH: A Punjab cadre IAS officer Susheel Gupta who was booked by the local police under the Dowry Prevention Act some time back has returned from her foreign tour of the United States of America. She was granted anticipatory bail by the High Court recently. According to sources she is yet to join her place of posting. The complaint was lodged by her daughter-in-law married to her son who is settled in the US after she came back to her parents in India.
