ISLAMABAD; Pakistan has termed the submission of six proposals by New Delhi to resolve bilateral matters as a move to pre empty an Islamabad sponsored United Nations resolution at Geneva on the human rights situation in Kashmir and ruled out another round of talks in February of March as proposed by India
Officials briefing a select group of journalists here maintained that the submission of the six propos also coincided with the meeting of the UN Human Rights Commission in Geneva where the Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto is scheduled to plead the case of Kashmir.
