CHANDIGARH: Dr Sohan Singh (Panthic Committee) was shifted from Mohali on Jan.5 and is now lodged in the Central Security Jail at Amritsar.
Our correspondent reports that a petition filed before the State Government for legal representation to Dr.Sohan Singh has been denied by the Additional Advocate General of Punjab who said that “he is not entitled to any legal representation” during the period of detention Meanwhile members of the Sikh leaders” family are making all efforts to come to his aid and another petition is being filed before the Judiciary for appointing 2 legal representative of his choice to Doctor Sohan Singh.
