CHANDIGARH: Memories of Dr. Mohinder Singh Randhawa. His style of functioning as a bureaucrat, his appreciation of art and culture, his contribution to science and humanism were revived at the “Randhawa Memorial Lecture” organized by the Punjabi Sahit Academy, Ludhiana and the Punjab Ans Council. ‘The lecture was delivered by the renowned Punjabi scholar. Prof Pritam Singh, who narrated his personal encounters with Dr.M.S. Randhawa throughout his Jong. Association with him. He said that Dr, Randhawa was deeply involved in the development of Punjab and worked hard for the welfare of its people, particularly the villagers. Dr, Randhawa contribution to Chandigarh was also lauded.
