NEW DELHI: Prakash Shah, India’s enjoy in Japan, is being moved as ambassador to the United Nations at New York in December, This will mean that he will not be a contender for the post of foreign secretary. ‘Shah, who will replace Hamid Ansari at New York, will be succeeded in Tokyo by Kuldeep Sandeep. According to highly Placed sources, the ministry of external affairs would make a formal announcement to this effect very soon.
