OTTAWA: Jean Chretian will be sworn in as Canada’s 20th Prime Minister at 11 a.m. on Nov.4 in the Omate ballroom at Government House, 11 days after his Liberal scored a stunning victory by winning 177 at 295 seats. After Chretien takes oath from Governor General Ray Hnatyshyn, the members of his Cabinet will also be sworn in.
