KINGSTON: Officials at Queen’s University want to privatize the master of Business Administration program, a move that will make the students to pay full cost of their education up to $20,000 per year, The plan if approved by the University’s board of Trustees would mark one of the few times a Canadian University has turned a government subsidized program into a fully private one, Students now pay $2,500 annually for a two year program. Those students now enrolled in the Master’s program will not be affected, as the plan is NOL expected 10 be put in place until March 1996, In Ontario, several Universities often an “executive MBA program, the costs of which are paid for by a student’s employer.
