MUNICH: German economic cooperation ‘minister Carl Dieter said here that German development aid to India next year would be out by 25% because India spends excessive money on armaments. “We want 19 ‘cut back from dollars 240 billion to dollars 182 million”, he said, He also said aid 10 Pakistan, China and Morocco too would be slashed.
