LONDON: S. Kashmir Singh Atwal Brother of Dr.Satnam Singh Atwal (son in-law of Amrik Singh Dosanjh) of Fresno had a fatal heart attack on October 25,1991 in his home in Bradford England. He leaves behind his wife Nirmal and two teenaged sons.
