CHANDIGARH: The Guru Gobind Singh Foundation (GGF) Chandigarh proposes to set up a world university of Sikhism in India or abroad with a view to elevating Sikh studies to a world level discourse and also for projecting the values of Sikh religion.
Stating this Dr Jasbir Singh Ahluwalia the General Secretary of the foundation announced that the foundation also proposes to hold an international seminar on Sikhism and inter-religious dialogues in December 1991 in New More than 500 scholars from different religions from India and abroad would participate in the seminar.
