AMRITSAR: Militant organizations associated with Dr Sohan Singh owned responsibility for the attack on Doordarshan Director-General Shiv Sharma, The organizations in a statement said that the Doordarshan center at Jalandhar and All India Radio stations at Jalandhar, Chandigarh and Bathinda had become enemy centers where Punjabi had failed to get a pride of place and where announcers and news readers described Sikh kharkoos as extremists and terrorists.
