ISLAMABAD: Former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto has called for a negotiated settlement of the Kashmir issue and mutual arms reduction between India and Pakistan for attaining internal stability and economic prosperity in the region.
Tension in the region would continue to escalate unless the outstanding issues particularly Kashmir was resolved bodly she said in an interview to the voice of America.
