NEW DELHI: In one of the biggest hauls of heroin in the Indian capital officers of the narcotics control bureau have arrested a Nigerian and reportedly seized21 kgs of high quality heroin valued at about Rs 210 million in the international market.
The seizure was made during a raid on a private guest house near the New Delhi railway station on Monday.
The Nigerian national Emmanuel believed to be the Kingpin of an international drug syndicate with extensive network in India Nigeria Europe and America reportedly used to visit India to obtain high quality Pakistani heroin.
