NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Friday dismissed a writ petition challenging the disqualification of five ministers from the membership of the Lok Sabha.
A division bench comprising dismissed the petition without hearing as it had become “infructuous” with the dissolution of the ninth Lok Sabha.
