NEW DELHI: India’s union minister for railways Janeshwar Mishra Monday presented an interim railway budget for 1991-92 in the Parliament. It shows a deficit of Rs 6520 million.
Of the deficit Rs $120 million would be due to current level of passenger fares and freight rates and additional Rs 1400 million needed as loan for execution works.
