POSTAYPRINCE: Canada ordered families and nonessential embassy staff to leave this troubled Caribbean nation as the United States sent in more marines to prevent its embassy. The Canadian embassy advisory was directed toward the estimated 2,000 Canadians, many with dual passports, who are located here. U.N. Security General unanimously voted to clamp a patrol naval blockade including Canadian warships, around Haiti.
