MONTREAL: Jan,30,94 is the date decided to choose a successor to Premier Robert Bovrassa at a meeting Thursday evening al the executive of the provincial liberal party. Bourassa announced that he will not seek another mandate and will step down as premier and liberal leader as soon as the party chooses his successor. The date still has 1a be formalized by a general council meeting of the liberal scheduled for Oct. 1.
