CHANDIGARH: A board of govt. Officials has ruled that Dr.Sohan Singh leader of the Sikh Militant Movement and head of the Panthic Committee will be kept in detention for one year. Doctor Sohan Singh has been in police custody ever since he was arrested over two months ago. So far his son Tejwant Singh alone has been allowed to meet him.
According to official sources the Sikh leader will not be permitted to meet any more of his relatives nor the Human Rights groups who have sought permission to meet him.
