PATIALA: Shiromani Gurdwara Parbhandak Committee (SGPC) president Gurcharan Singh Tohra has appealed to the Akali workers to come forward to appear as witnesses against deaths of Sikh youths in fake encounters in their villages during the past one decade. Tohra said in a recent statement that the Supreme Court had ordered an inquiry into the killing of youths in fake encounters on public interest litigation by various human rights organizations.
