Trustees of Amrit Sandhu Scholarship Foundation have named two Students as the recipients of educational grants for the academic year 199394, of $1,250.00 each.
On behalf of the New England Sikh Study Circle Gurdwara sangat and the foundation we wish both students the best of luck in their future careers. Praveen Kaur Sra, has been the distinguished student at Delano High School, Delano, California, Intellectually, she has been straight *A’ student throughout her educational career and ranked number one out of a class of 385 at Delano High.
She is joining UCLA’s academic community to pursue her studies in the field of medicine, Ron deep Singh, has been an outstanding student of, The Hill School in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. We believe he will combine wonderful intellectual potential with a social conscience in his life; He has been on the High honor roll every grading period since being at the Hill School.
He is joining University of Pittsburgh’s College of Arts and Sciences.
