TORONTO: For the first time in four years, Ontario’s Welfare cases load dropped in this July. The total number of cases dropped by 3,611 to 660,453 in July from 664,064 in June. Family benefits cases increased but general well are cases dropped to 349,000 from 353,500 previously.
