FARIDKOT, AUG 6: The College of agriculture proposed to be set up here will start functioning from September 1.

An official Press note of the state public relations department quoting Satinder Gupta, general secretary of the District Congress Committee, said on Aug. 6 that the Vice Chancellor of Punjab Agricultural University, Dr.Khem Singh Gill, visited the PAU research farm here on August 1 in this connection. The new building of the college is Lo be located at this farm: The entrance examination for admission to the proposed college has already been held and regular classes would begin from the next month.
