PHAGWARA, AUG.8: lrate busmen blocked traffic on the G.T. Road here for about an hour. They agreed to end the blockage on the intervention of the local SDM: According to sources, the bus= men blocked the road by parking buses after the driver of a passing escort mishandled a bus driver.
