NEW DELHI (PTI): Former Prime Minister Chandra Shekhar suffered dislocation of bones in his left shoulder when his car met with an accident near Nahan in the northern state of Himachal Pradesh Sept.22.
Chandra Shekhar, who flew in Wednesday morning via Chandigarh, was thoroughly examined by top orthopaedicians .
