LONDON (PTI): India External Affairs Minister, Dinesh Singh arrived here Aug.20 on an official visit to the United Kingdom. He was received at the airport by acting high commissioner, K.V Rajan and Jemmy Jasper, special representative of foreign secretary, Douglas Hurd. During his stay here, Dinesh Singh will meet the common Wealth secretary general chief, Emeka Anyakou and hold discussions on the forthcoming common wealth heads of government meeting (CHOGM) in Cyprus.
The external affairs minister will also review the Indo British relations with a Goolad, minister of State in the foreign and common wealth office.
Goolad will deputize for the foreign secretary Douglas Hurd, who is on holiday.
