CHANDIGARH (PTI):Sever militants, including a Lt Gen and an area commander of the Khalistan Commando Force (Panjwar group), were among the 14 people killed in the trouble torn northern Indian state of Punjab and its neighboring state of Haryana on August 30.
Two top militants belonging 1 the KCF (Panjwar) outfit Harjinder alias Jallandhri_ alia Cholta Madha and Sukhwinder Singh alias Hira who were wanted in about 200 killings, were killed in an encounter with security forces in Panjwar village in Tarn Tarar police district.
