TORONTO: CBC President and CEO Gerad Veilleux, is Stepping down as of November 1, which is a full year short Of his five year term. In a two paragraph letter to Prime Minister Kim Campbell, Villenux writes that he wants to pursue other professional interests, no further explanation was offered. But speculations are that Veilleux resigned in protest of more cuts.
