LUCKNOW: Two policemen and a militant were killed in an en counter between security forces and Sikh militants in National district of UP’s terai region,
The police has identified the killed militant as Onkar Singh Cheema. area commander of the Bhindranwale Tiger Force (BTF).
The policemen killed in the en counter were identified as con stable Tejvir Singh, of the PAC Task Force, Rudrapur, and con Stable Vinod Kumar Sharma, of Ramjnagar police station, Nainital, The condition of CRPF head con stable Nachhattar Singh, one of the two policemen injured, was said to be serious.
