NEW DELHI (PTI): Both houses of parliament were adjourned till Feb.24 as a defiant Right Wing Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) members stalled the question hour vehemently protesting against large-scale arrest of party activities on the eve of their proposed rally here Thursday.
While the Lower House (Lok Sabha) was adjoumed twice within minutes of its assembling, the Rajya Sabha (Upper House) witnessed uproarious scenes for 25 minutes.
