LUDHIANA; Punjab Human Rights Organization (P.H.R,O.) has changed its name to International Human Rights Organization to remove confusion among the public because another P.H.R.O. (headed by Justice Bains) too operated in Punjab. The decision to change the name was taken by the governing council of the group.
